Each order is custom printed. This means we cannot refund orders related to buyer’s remorse.
If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will provide a replacement. To obtain the replacement, you must contact us within 4 weeks after the product was received. We will ask you to provide proof of damage or defectiveness.
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
If the error is deemed ours, we will cover the replacement at our expense.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. We will contact you at that time. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – If a shipment is unclaimed and returned to us, we will contact you. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
